  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Drain and press the tofu: Begin by removing the tofu from its packaging. Place it on a plate lined with paper towels, cover with more paper towels, and place a heavy object on top to press out excess moisture. Let it press for at least 15 minutes.
