Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Peel the jicama and cut it into thin, fry-like strips, about 1/4 inch thick.

Place the jicama strips into a large pot of water and bring to a boil over high heat. Cook for about 10 minutes to soften slightly, then drain and pat dry with a clean kitchen towel.
