Ingredients

  • 500 g Ground lamb
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 0.5 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 20 g Parsley
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 8 Butter lettuce leaves
  • 4 Lemon wedges
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 1 tsp Sumac

Directions

Step 1

Finely chop the red bell pepper and garlic cloves.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground lamb with chopped red bell pepper, garlic, paprika, ground cumin, red pepper flakes, salt, and ground black pepper.

Step 3

Finely chop the parsley and add it to the mixture.

Step 4

Mix well using your hands to ensure the spices and herbs are evenly distributed.

Divide the lamb mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each into a long sausage-like kebab.
