Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 0.5 cup Butter, melted
  • 1 cup Sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup Chopped pecans
  • 0.5 cup Chopped walnuts
  • 1 can (14 oz) Sugar-free sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup Flaxseed meal

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

In a medium bowl, mix the almond flour and flaxseed meal.

Step 3

Add the melted butter to the almond flour mixture, stirring until well combined.

Step 4

Press the almond flour mixture evenly into the bottom of a greased 9x9 inch baking pan to form a crust.

Step 5

Sprinkle the shredded coconut evenly over the crust.

Next, evenly sprinkle the chopped pecans and walnuts over the coconut layer.

Add the sugar-free chocolate chips as the next layer.

In a small bowl, combine the sugar-free sweetened condensed milk with vanilla extract.
