  • 4 pieces (boneless, skinless) Chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 2 cups Baby spinach
  • 4 ounces (softened) Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella
  • 0.25 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.25 cup (grated) Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon (chopped, for garnish) Parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove them from the skillet and set aside.
