Ingredients

  • 1 piece (approximately 8 oz) Chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Oregano
  • 2 pieces Low carb flatbread
  • 0.5 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 5 leaves Fresh basil leaves
  • 0.5 cup Tomato sauce (no sugar added)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Place the chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap and lightly pound it to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch.

Season the chicken on both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.
