Ingredients

  • 227 grams Ground turkey (lean, 93% lean or higher)
  • 6 cups Romaine lettuce

  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 cup Corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned, drained)
  • 0.5 whole Avocado (diced)
  • 0.25 cup Red onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Low-sodium taco seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 0.25 cup Greek yogurt (non-fat)
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Pepper

Directions

Step 1

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
