Ingredients

  • 450 grams fresh salmon fillets
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 3 stalks green onions, finely chopped
  • 0.5 red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, freshly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until fully cooked. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly.
