Ingredients

  • 4 pieces (6-8 oz each) Cod fillets
  • 1.5 cups Cherry tomatoes

  • 3 minced Garlic cloves
  • 0.75 cup, crumbled Feta cheese
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 sliced into wedges for serving Lemon

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Pat the cod fillets dry with a paper towel and season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.
