  • 400 grams Beef sirloin steak

  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper

  • 4 cups Mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 0.5 Red onion
  • 100 grams Feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Season the beef sirloin steak on both sides with salt and black pepper.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the steak for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer depending on your desired doneness.
