Ingredients

  • 4 pieces (6 oz each) Salmon filets
  • 0.5 cup Soy sauce
  • 0.5 cup Brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup Bourbon
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves, minced Fresh garlic
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, bourbon, butter, minced garlic, and black pepper.
