  • 2 Roma tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 teaspoons Aji amarillo paste (or substitute with yellow chili paste)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 cups French fries (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups Cooked white rice, for serving

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the beef. Trim any excess fat and slice the beef sirloin into thin strips, about 2-3 inches long. Set aside.

In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, and ground cumin. Add the beef strips to the mixture and let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
