Ingredients

  • 20 pieces Chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 120 grams Cream cheese
  • 60 grams Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 240 milliliters Whipping cream
  • 6 pieces Mini terracotta pots or cupcake liners
  • 6 pieces Lollipops
  • 60 grams Mini marshmallows
  • 2 drops Green food coloring

Directions

Step 1

1. Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and crushing with a rolling pin.

Step 2

2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.

Step 3

3. Mix in the vanilla extract to flavor the cream cheese mixture.

Step 4

4. In a separate bowl, whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks form using an electric mixer.

Step 5

5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined and fluffy.

Step 6

6. Divide the cream cheese mixture evenly into the mini terracotta pots or cupcake liners, filling each about three-quarters full.

Step 7

7. Sprinkle the crushed chocolate cookies on top of each pot to simulate 'soil.'

Step 8

8. To make 'grass', microwave the mini marshmallows for 10 seconds to soften them slightly. Add green food coloring and knead until the color is evenly distributed.

Step 9

9. Roll the green marshmallow mixture thinly and cut into tiny strips to resemble grass. Place a small tuft of marshmallow grass on the soil layer in each pot.

Step 10

10. Insert a lollipop into the center of each pot to serve as the 'flower.'

Step 11

11. Chill the pots in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes to firm up before serving.
