  • 100 grams unsalted butter
  • 3 tablespoons brandy

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.

Using kitchen shears, carefully cut through the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise. Gently pull the lobster meat upward, separating it from the shell without detaching it completely, and rest the meat on top of the shell for presentation. Place prepared tails on the baking sheet.
