Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Lobster tails
  • 8 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 2 pieces Garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon Lime zest
  • 1 teaspoon Orange zest
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Step 2

Using kitchen shears, carefully cut down the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pull the shell apart slightly and lift the lobster meat over the shell, resting it on top. Set aside.

Step 3

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Stir in the minced garlic, lemon zest, lime zest, orange zest, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and paprika until well combined. Remove from heat.

Step 4

Brush each lobster tail generously with the citrus butter mixture, reserving some for later. Drizzle a small amount of olive oil over the lobster meat for additional moisture.

Place the prepared lobster tails on the baking sheet and transfer to the preheated oven. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 140°F or 60°C).
