  • 1 tablespoon, finely chopped Fresh parsley
  • 4 pieces Toothpicks or kitchen twine

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the chicken breasts by slicing a pocket into the side of each one. Be careful not to cut all the way through.

In a small bowl, mix together the cooked lobster meat, 1 ounce of Boursin cheese, and the cream cheese until well combined.
