  • 12 oz elbow macaroni

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.25 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Steam the lobster tails until just cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Once cooled, remove the lobster meat from the shells and chop it into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
