  • 2 tbsp Dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

Cook the lo mein noodles according to the package instructions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and toss with sesame oil to prevent sticking. Set aside.

In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sugar, water, and cornstarch. Mix well to create the sauce and set it aside.
