Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, whisking constantly, to form a roux.
Slowly whisk in the chicken broth, continuing to whisk until the mixture is smooth and thickened, about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in the sour cream, diced green chiles, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder. Remove from heat and set the sauce aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, 1 cup of the cheddar cheese, and 1 cup of the Monterey Jack cheese.
Lay out each flour tortilla and spoon about 1/3 cup of the chicken mixture into the center of each tortilla. Roll them up tightly and place them seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
Pour the prepared creamy sauce evenly over the enchiladas, making sure they’re all covered.
