  • 1 can (5 oz) Canned tuna in olive oil

  • 10 halved Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Ground paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cups Water or chicken stock

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the white rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Set aside to drain.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
