  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 0.25 cup Fresh basil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Lime zest
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0 Cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.

Step 2

Finely chop the green onions, cilantro, and basil, and grate the garlic and fresh ginger.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, panko breadcrumbs, beaten egg, green onions, cilantro, basil, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, fish sauce, lime zest, Sriracha, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper.

Step 4

Use your hands to mix the ingredients until well combined, but avoid overmixing to keep the meatloaves tender.

Step 5

Divide the mixture evenly among 8 muffin cups, pressing it down slightly to form individual mini loaves.

Step 6

Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the meatloaves reaches 165°F (74°C).

Step 7

Remove the meatloaves from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Step 8

Serve warm, optionally garnished with additional cilantro, lime wedges, or a drizzle of Sriracha. Enjoy!
