Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with non-stick spray.
In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and milk. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes to allow the breadcrumbs to soak up the milk.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, soaked breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, parsley, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
