Ingredients

  • 20 pieces button mushrooms

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper
  • 20 pieces toothpicks

Directions

Step 1

Clean the button mushrooms by wiping them with a damp paper towel or brush off any dirt. Remove the stems carefully, being gentle to keep the mushroom caps intact.

Finely mince the garlic and chop the fresh parsley. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
