Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cups granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cups brown sugar, packed

  • 1 cups unsweetened applesauce
  • 0.25 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 unit large egg
  • 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (for topping)
  • 0.5 teaspoons ground cinnamon (for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (for brushing tops)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 24-cup mini muffin pan or line with mini muffin liners.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt.

In a separate bowl, combine the applesauce, vegetable oil, egg, vanilla extract, and milk. Mix until smooth and well combined.
