  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped (optional garnish)
  • 0.5 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (optional garnish)
  • 1 bag tortilla chips (optional side)

Directions

Step 1
