Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a 9x9-inch (23x23 cm) square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. Use a hand mixer or stand mixer for best results.
Mix in the vanilla extract and almond extract until combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, almond flour, cinnamon, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until the dough comes together. The dough will be slightly crumbly but should hold together when pressed.
Reserve about 1 cup of the dough for the crumb topping and press the remaining dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until lightly golden. Remove and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes.
Spread the raspberry jam evenly over the cooled crust. Be sure to leave a small border around the edges to prevent sticking.
Crumble the reserved dough over the jam layer, creating a rustic, uneven topping.
Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 25 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown.
Allow the Linzer bars to cool completely in the pan. Once cooled, use the parchment paper overhang to lift them out for easier cutting.
Optionally, dust with powdered sugar before slicing into 16 squares or bars. Serve and enjoy!
