  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Dice them into small, bite-sized cubes (about 1/2 inch).

Step 2

Peel and finely dice the onion. Remove the seeds and stems from the red and green bell peppers, then chop them into small squares.

Mince the garlic cloves finely and set aside.
