Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the linguine according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain the linguine and set aside.

In a large, deep skillet or sauté pan, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat until the butter is melted.
