  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, then cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water and drain the rest.

Heat the olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat until the butter is melted.
