  • 0.5 cup cooked corn kernels
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Cook the linguine according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain, toss with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and set aside.

While the pasta cooks, season the chicken breasts with 0.5 teaspoon of salt and 0.25 teaspoon of black pepper.
