  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the broccoli florets and blanch for 2-3 minutes, until they are bright green and slightly tender. Drain and immediately transfer the broccoli to an ice water bath to stop the cooking process. Drain again and set aside.
