  • 150 milliliters vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon (adjust to taste) salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 50 grams, grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the tagliatelle pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving about 1/2 cup of pasta cooking water.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
