  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into 1-inch wide strips and pat them dry with a paper towel.

Set up a three-station dredging process: In the first bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. In the second bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Place the panko breadcrumbs in the third bowl.
