Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 16 oz lump crab meat
  • 2 stalks green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

Step 3

Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese to the bowl. Stir until well combined.

Step 4

Fold in the lump crab meat, finely chopped green onions, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, and hot sauce. Mix gently to avoid breaking up the crab meat too much.

Step 5

Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Step 6

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot, bubbly, and lightly golden on top.

Step 7

Remove from the oven and allow the dip to cool for 5 minutes. If desired, sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top for garnish.

Step 8

Serve warm with crackers, toasted baguette slices, or fresh vegetable sticks.
