  • 2 cups Beef broth

  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 12 ounces Wide egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Slice the beef sirloin against the grain into thin strips, about 2 inches long and 1/4 inch thick. Season the strips with salt and black pepper.
