  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt or coconut cream (for garnish, optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
