Ingredients

  • 1 cup Limoncello
  • 1 bottle (750ml) White wine (dry, like Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
  • 1 cup Sparkling water (unflavored)
  • 2 large Lemon
  • 2 large Lime
  • 1 large Orange
  • 10 leaves Fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Granulated sugar (optional)
  • 3 cups Ice cubes

Directions

Step 1

Wash and dry all the citrus fruits thoroughly.

Step 2

Slice the lemons, limes, and orange into thin rounds. Remove any visible seeds and set the slices aside.

Step 3

In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine the limoncello, white wine, and sparkling water.

Step 4

Gently stir in the citrus slices and fresh mint leaves. Taste the mixture and, if desired, add granulated sugar for extra sweetness, stirring until dissolved.

Step 5

Refrigerate the sangria for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld together.

Step 6

Just before serving, add the ice cubes directly to the sangria or into individual glasses to keep the drink chilled.

Step 7

Serve the sangria in wine glasses or tumblers, making sure to include some citrus slices and mint leaves in each glass for garnish.
