  • 500 g fresh green beans
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice

Directions

Step 1

Wash and trim the green beans, removing the ends.

Step 2

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add a generous pinch of salt.

Blanch the green beans in the boiling water for 3-4 minutes, or until they are tender yet still crisp.
