Ingredients

  • 4 whole Fresh limes
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh ginger
  • 2 whole Green chilies
  • 1 cup Fresh cilantro leaves
  • 0.5 cup Mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder
  • 2 tablespoons Water

Directions

Step 1

Wash the limes thoroughly and pat them dry.

Step 2

Zest two of the limes to extract the outermost skin without the white pith. Set aside the zest.

Step 3

Juice all four limes and collect the fresh lime juice in a bowl.

Peel the fresh ginger and roughly chop it for easier blending.

Trim the stems off the green chilies and chop them roughly. Adjust the amount of chilies based on desired spice level.
