  • 4 cloves Garlic cloves

  • 250 grams Spaghetti noodles
  • 2 whole Avocado
  • 0.25 whole Red onion
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro
  • 0.5 whole Jalapeño (optional)
  • 0.5 teaspoons Ground cumin
  • 50 milliliters Water

Directions

Step 1

Juice and zest one lime. Cut the second lime into wedges for serving.

Finely chop the garlic cloves.

In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil, lime zest, garlic, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
