Ingredients

  • 500 grams Beef sirloin (thinly sliced)
  • 1 large Red bell pepper (sliced into strips)
  • 1 large Green bell pepper (sliced into strips)
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 3 tablespoons Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Red chili flakes (optional)
  • 2 stalks Green onions (chopped for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine the lime juice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, ground black pepper, and cornstarch. Mix well to create a marinade.

Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are evenly coated. Let it sit for 10 minutes while you prep the other ingredients.
