  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 8 pieces Small corn tortillas
  • 0.25 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 0.25 cup Red onion, diced
  • 1 cup Shredded cabbage
  • 0.5 cup Mexican crema or sour cream
  • 4 pieces Lime wedges

Directions

Step 1

In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.

Step 2

Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the lime marinade over the chicken. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.

Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade.
