  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 4 wedges optional lime wedges for serving

Directions

Step 1

Juice 2 of the limes into a small bowl. Cut the remaining lime into wedges for serving.

Finely mince the garlic cloves and set aside.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, honey, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, and water to create the marinade.
