  • 1 cup pearl barley
  • 3 cups water
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the pearl barley under cold water until the water runs clear.

In a medium saucepan, add the pearl barley and water. Bring to a boil over high heat.
