  • 0.25 cup Coconut oil, melted
  • 3 tablespoons Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 cup Fruit preserves or jam (no sugar added)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, salt, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until a dough forms.

Scoop approximately 1 tablespoon of dough and roll it into a ball. Place the dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
