Ingredients

  • 200 grams Broccoli florets
  • 100 grams Carrot, julienned
  • 100 grams Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 100 grams Button mushrooms, sliced
  • 100 grams Snow peas
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, finely grated
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds, toasted
  • 2 stalks Green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Prepare all the vegetables: cut the broccoli into small florets, julienne the carrot, thinly slice the red bell pepper, and slice the mushrooms. Rinse the snow peas and set aside.

Step 2

Heat a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the vegetable oil and sesame oil.

Step 3

Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn them.

Step 4

Add the broccoli, carrots, and red bell pepper to the wok. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, allowing the vegetables to start softening but remain crisp.

Step 5

Toss in the mushrooms and snow peas. Stir-fry everything together for another 2-3 minutes.

Drizzle the soy sauce over the vegetables and season with salt and black pepper. Toss to coat the vegetables evenly in the sauce.

Remove the wok from heat. Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions over the vegetables for garnish.
