Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Prepare the vegetables: wash and chop the romaine lettuce, halve the cherry tomatoes, dice the cucumber and avocado, and thinly slice the red onion.
