  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped, optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and the Italian sausage links. Cook until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes. Once done, remove the sausages and set aside on a plate.

While the sausages cook, wash and slice the bell peppers into strips and the onion into thin wedges. Mince the garlic cloves.
