Ingredients

  • 3 cups Cooked cold rice
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 medium Carrot, diced
  • 1 cup Frozen peas
  • 3 Green onions, sliced
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Prepare all ingredients before you start cooking. Dice the carrot, slice the green onions, and mince the garlic.

Step 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Step 3

Crack the eggs into the skillet and scramble until just set. Remove the eggs and set aside.

Step 4

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the diced carrot and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
