Ingredients

  • 400 grams cooked chickpeas (canned or freshly cooked)

  • 2 cloves garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Add the minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to the marinade and mix well.

Step 4

Pour the marinade over the chickpeas and toss until they are evenly coated.

Step 5

Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the chickpeas and gently stir to combine.

Step 6

Allow the chickpeas to marinate for at least 20 minutes at room temperature, or cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours to let the flavors meld together.

Step 7

Serve the marinated chickpeas as a side dish, part of a meze platter, or on a bed of fresh greens for a light salad.
